my story
Raised by immigrant parents in the Bay Area, Monica Tzeng (she/her) is guided by her various identities as a Taiwanese-American queer woman. She grew up in constant tension of striving to find her true self amidst her cultures. Formed and influenced by Christianity, mysticism, and interfaith advocacy as a chaplain, she thrives in uplifting the sacred in life and work. Now, she uses her story as a gift to work amongst various spaces and individuals with compassion, and moves others toward their true selves without shame or fear.
She harnesses energy towards the development and integrity of self and others through movement and spirituality. This manifests as successfully supporting companies in their own offerings, guiding entrepreneurs, and being a voice and place of rest for communities that desires to thrive in the world today and move beyond crisis to creations.
Monica has a Masters in Divinity with an emphasis around clinical spiritual care. While studying the roots of spirituality, she continues to merge her chaplain experiences, spiritual direction expertise, and resourcefulness to create unique structures and systems that ground and heal people. When not working, Monica enjoys spending time with loved ones, strength training, and gardening
